As BuildDirect Video Media Specialist, you will express your passion for brand building and narrative creation to build, foster, and curate the company’s presence and role in traditional media and online media in an effort to engage media influencers, journalists, industry peers, and potential partners.
Working with the Marketing team, you will implement proven experience and skill sets to grow the company presence and voice across all relevant media outlets and online media spaces, and lend effort to increase intelligence on data derived from those communications.
- Work with the internal staff & external contractors to create original video content
- Maintain company YouTube channel and grow YouTube viewer community
- Creating viral videos that resonate with our core customers
- Creating short videos that can be used as Ads on online & offline channels like YouTube & TV
- Video Production- set-up, lighting, shooting and editing company videos. Moderate travel may be required for video projects.
- Create and write scripts of new video DIY ideas
- Publish new videos on YouTube & other video channels
- Source stories, conduct interviews, write and edit for internal and external websites.
- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging technologies in video production & distribution
