The work of the Creative Studio brings the BCIT brand to life in advertising, collateral, photography, video, copy, and social media, adding dynamic dimension to institutional stories. The Creative Studio includes designers, photographer, videographer, and copywriter.


Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications, the Manager, Marketing Automation directs the operational and administrative functions of marketing automation in the recruitment phase of the student journey using the Institute’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. The Manager leads the assessment, selection, and implementation of a marketing automation solution, ensuring prospective students receive personalized, timely, and actionable communications along their journey. The Manager develops and implements comprehensive strategic campaigns to further the objectives of BCIT’s CRM, recruitment, and marketing strategies including the Institute's social media strategy and email campaigns.

The Manager, Marketing Automation will be an innovative and dynamic leader with demonstrated experience in CRM application implementation and management, including marketing automation and customer acquisition. The preferred candidate will have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent discipline. The successful candidate will have exceptional people leadership skills with recent experience managing a team in a fast-paced organization with expertise in marketing automation, email, and social media marketing. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
