Our Predictable Revenue team needs a new UX designer at our Vancouver location!

As our user experience designer you’ll be working closely with the product manager to help create usable, enjoyable interfaces for our customers.

At Predictable Revenue, we believe strongly in allowing remote work. Any of our employees may choose to work from home, and many do, as long as they complete their assigned tasks. This doesn’t mean you won’t see your coworkers! We have regular events for people to attend, ranging from “office day” every Wednesday to after work parties with music, games and nerf guns!

Requirements

• Experience: Have you done UX design before? This is a must.
• Education/Training: Are you serious about UX design? If so, you must have done something to improve your abilities.
• Markup: In this day and age, a designer must know HTML+CSS at the least.
• PhD in Graphicsology: Kidding, of course (you only need a master’s). Bonus points if you actually put this on your resume.

If those sound like easy requirements to you, make no mistake: We’re looking for a highly skilled, motivated individual to join our team of like minded people. We just happen to know that such individuals don’t always have “a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience”. We push ourselves hard to improve and self educate on a regular basis, and expect you to be the same.
