Role Summary - UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a champion designer, one who is passionate about design and interested in creating amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with design and clients
• Create UX/UI design for iOS, Android and responsive web
• Prepare user stories, app architecture, sketches, wireframes, and prototype
• Create UI design deliverables including production ready assets, specs, style guides
• Create branding and marketing related visuals
• Present design decisions clearly to team and clients
• Work closely with engineering team to ensure signed off UI design is implemented successfully
• Bring new ideas to the team and develop visual guidelines and standards

Skills/Qualifications

• 3-5 years of UX/UI experience
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your understanding of user-centric design
• Ability to lead projects
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Ability to appreciate feedback and seek continuous design improvement
• Creative, analytical, self-motivated, detail oriented
• Up-to-date knowledge of best UX practices, trends and technologies
• Team oriented and collaborative

Bonus

• Experience in brand development
• Good understanding of HTML/CSS
