The Sr. Manager/Director, Marketing and Communication’s role is to create plans for and drive production of all marketing and communications materials required by ICUC.
The Marketing Plan will include:
ICUC Website & adwords content plans (including posts, news items, A/B Test plan, product/service landing pages).
ICUC internal newsletter content plan.
ICUC blog content plan.
ICUC agency network intranet content plan.
ICUC CRM lead nurturing email content plan.
ICUC social media content plan.
ICUC case study production and standards plan.
Any additional ICUC external marketing initiatives - copy, design etc.
All resourcing and budgetary considerations to deliver content outlined above.
All branding guidelines and standards.
Templates as needed for all content types.
The successful candidate will work with the VP, Business Development, and Chief Performance Officer to create Marketing Plan and then execute and control the production of plan deliverables per a budget and calendar using internal and external resources as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing press releases.
Managing public relations for ICUC.
Managing, directing and/or creating content for release on ICUC’s website and on internal networks.
Developing and managing multiple communications campaigns for release to ICUC’s database of leads and prospects within its CRM system.
Coordinating the efforts of multiple content producers internally and externally - including copywriters, designers and any other resources as required.
Collecting and organizing case study information from production teams for creation of formal case study materials for use by new business teams for sales efforts.
Creating Google Adwords campaigns to entice leads to contact us via ICUC website landing pages.
Coordinating all internal communications materials for ICUC and its agency network.
Creating and managing an ongoing content plan for ICUC’s social networks, website, and blog.
And other duties and tasks that will come up in a young, fun, entrepreneurial organization…
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
Understanding of SEO tactics and technologies.
Understanding of A/B testing and technologies for content relative to conversions.
An excellent eye for design and experience managing and controlling brand standards and voice across communications materials to maintain consistency and quality.
Ability to create marketing plans and budgets and manage adherence to plan over time and report on progress/status.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with engaging presentation skills and the ability to succinctly and effectively respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, or peers.

Bachelor's degree or five+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum of five years business experience including, but not limited to: marketing, business development, communications, public relations, copywriting, digital production, journalism, website content management, and/or social media marketing management.
Extensive knowledge of and experience with the digital and social media landscape.
Must be able to travel from time to time, primarily within North America and other locations (possible other occasional global travel) as assigned.
