Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee MoneyKey’s brand building strategy and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute retention and direct response campaigns to increase sales conversion and retention rates.
  • Manage the development and production of all customer facing content including PR release, sales support materials and direct mail.
  • Ensure all communication channel activities are aligned with the business KPIs, brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Lead the content marketing with the ability to drive top notch creative and build market differentiation while delivering against business KPIs including engagement and lead generation support.
  • Establish and creatively iterate on MoneyKey’s “epic brand and product story”, finding effective ways to translate product features and innovations into go-to-market messaging.
  • Oversee the day-to-day relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Direct, lead, coordinate and coach the communications, brand and customer experience team.
  • Provide regular reports, insights, and analysis to track ROI on marketing investments.
  • Effectively coordinate with legal and compliance to ensure requirements are met, while maintaining the brand voice and identity.
  • Be an expert on competitive brands and the marketplace.
  • Be the “Editor-in-Chief” for all content creation rooted in the brand.
  • Function as a leader and voice for the brand within and outside the company.
  • Creatively utilizing digital media to connect with non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree relating to Marketing/Communications, journalism, economics or finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct response marketing, brand, and communications.
  • Experience with CRM software, ESP platforms and MS Office.
  • Experience in online marketing and financial industry preferred.
  • Effective communicator, able to synthesize and simplify complex information so that it resonates with consumers.
  • Extensive experience with product positioning, and launching brands and products to market.
  • Strong writer and oral communication skills with excellent proofreading ability.
  • Experience as an editor.
  • Strong planning and campaign oversight skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong analytical mind.
  • Extensive social media program experience – including, but not limited to corporate/industry blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn and industry-specific social media outlets.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.
