We’re looking for a curious, ambitious and purpose-driven Senior Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to fuel Arcora’s growth engine and shape the strategies, stories and campaigns that bring new clients to our door.

The role

As Arcora’s Senior Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind the campaigns that make people stop and say, “Tell me more.” You’ll lead the charge on awareness, engagement and conversion—crafting bold, full-funnel marketing strategies that connect with the right people at the right time.

This role blends strategy with hands-on execution. From building the foundational processes and data practices that marketing needs, to crafting content and analyzing campaign performance, you’ll play a key role in helping Arcora expand its reach, grow pipeline and amplify our message in the Canadian market. If you thrive on collaboration and love creating campaigns that go beyond box-checking to truly drive results, spark brand connection and make sales teams smile, you’ll feel right at home here.

What you’ll be doing

  • Core Process & Foundation Building: Partner with the VP, Marketing & Communications and the VP, Sales to put the fundamentals in place. Define how marketing captures and uses data, create processes the team can rely on and build a foundation that sets Arcora up for both lead generation and continuous learning.
  • Lead & Demand Generation: Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, webinars, events, etc.) to drive pipeline growth and increase marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Content & Messaging: Write engaging, persona-driven content that speaks to the unique needs of our target audiences and is adaptable for multiple formats (email, social media, blogs, pitch decks, etc.).
  • Campaign Strategy: Own the entire campaign lifecycle—from creative brief through execution and optimization—targeting key customers with compelling offers and messaging.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead paid digital channels—including paid search and social media—and collaborate on organic efforts to ensure our messaging hits the mark. Use a test-and-learn mindset to track performance, optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report campaign performance with essential KPIs (MQLs, SQOs, CAC, ROI), using platforms like GA4, Pipedrive and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product and operations to align marketing efforts with business goals and continuously improve messaging and targeting.
  • Experimentation: Explore new channels and tactics to unlock scalable growth opportunities.

What Success Looks Like

  • You establish a strong marketing foundation with clear processes and reliable data that the team can build on
  • You increase qualified leads by building and optimizing targeted campaigns that resonate with buyers
  • You bring new ideas and fresh tactics that elevate Arcora’s marketing maturity
  • You help tighten the alignment between marketing and sales, improving the full-funnel conversion rate
  • You use your creativity, empathy and data-savvy mindset to connect the right message with the right audience at the right time

What you bring

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing—bonus points if you’ve delivered results with limited budgets using creative strategies
  • Proven success building and running demand generation and lead nurturing programs through a range of digital channels and events
  • Expertise in SEO, digital advertising and content marketing—you know what resonates and how to get it in front of the right people
  • Familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot and Google Analytics (or similar platforms)—and the curiosity to keep learning new ones
  • Confidence with data—you know how to spot what’s working, what needs tweaking and how to optimize for impact
  • Cross-functional collaboration—you’ve worked closely with sales, product and service teams, and know how to keep everyone aligned and excited
  • A sharp pen (or keyboard) and a knack for turning insights into creative campaigns that get results
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is an asset
