Latitude Agency, a boutique creative studio with international affiliations, is seeking a full-time Senior Designer/Art Director to join the Vancouver studio. Latitude provides a wide range of specialized services from strategies and branding to online and offline tactical projects. The Senior Designer will wear the creative team leader hat in delivering strong creative solutions for all projects.

We’re looking for a versatile person to join our expanding team that pushes themselves, and everyone around them, to perform at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and designs for marketing/communications and branding projects
• Work closely with Creative Director to ensure creative is on target, schedule and budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Art direct, and inspire the internal and external teams
• Design for online and offline

Desired Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a creative agency
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and versatility
• Clear oral and verbal communication skills
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Work well under pressure
• Experience meeting multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently and with staff & clients in an overall team environment
