EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Our Sr. Designer should have formal design training and a minimum five years studio experience in a senior role. You should also have a solid understanding of the MAC environment – complemented by a well-rounded and diverse portfolio that reflects your range of experience and talent in the design arena. Your digital portfolio must show stunning examples of a wide range of projects that you have been lead design on – including brand identities, print, signage, advertising, web and environmental design. You will need to have had experience in playing a lead design role with a team of designers and production artists, and are well-versed in client communications. Your experience and strength in the design and development of comprehensive creative real estate marketing programs would also be a strong asset in your partnership with Rally.

You possess the ability to see the broad strokes and big picture, but are equally capable in the refinement of small finishing details. You have solid communications, interpersonal and presentation skills and are in tune with the cutting edge of design trends and style.

You have the expertise and confidence to handle the design of small and large projects alike. You have experience working directly with clients to define and implement project scope and carry the project through to the finished product. You are a thinker. You have a solid grasp on project strategy that sets you apart from others. You are a solutions-oriented individual and are a team player dedicated to using your creative and leadership skills in making a significant contribution to the growth and continued success of Rally. These roles may be offsite, onsite, or a combination of both depending on contract requirements.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The Rally studios are located in a completely renovated character building located in Abbotsford, just off Highway #1 at the Sumas exit. You will enjoy a collaborative team environment in our 2800 sf. open concept studio space. You will join a team of talented and seasoned creatives, project managers and administration who are all an integral part of the culture of our studio – and the strong collaborative team that is Rally Creative.
