Sales and Marketing Manager full-time
1) Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with sales
and marketing objectives across different channels such as website, social media, and
events;
2) Establish distribution networks in Canada and overseas for products and services;
3) Lead and direct the execution of marketing strategies from start to finish;
4) Initiate market research, analyze customer insights, consumer trends and market
analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
5) Provide feedbacks and suggestions to production team to assist in product
development;
6) Present ideas and suggestions to internal team, and communicate with senior leaders
about marketing strategies and budgets;
7) Conduct national and international travel for sales and marketing objectives.
