Position Title: Relationship Marketing Associate
The Relationship Marketing Associate is accountable to the Manager, Retention and Relationship Marketing and responsible to assist in the development of lead generation programs with channel partners to achieve, referral, sign-up, and revenue targets and to help develop and implement retention programs aimed a Moneris existing merchants.
Key Activities Include (but are not limited to):
Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of lead generation programs with channel partners to improve the quantity and quality of referrals
Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of channel partner’s staff education and awareness programs and materials
Responsible for assisting in the updates of existing, and developing new, in-branch and online materials and other promotional tools
Responsible to assist in working with the Alliance Management Team and Sales Teams to ensure the deployment and effectiveness of education and promotion programs
Responsible for conducting market research and competitive intelligence specific to channels
Responsible for measuring channel partner effectiveness
Responsible for maintaining calendar of current and future channel programs and effectively communicate channel programs internally
Responsible for assisting in the development of the annual Channel Marketing plan
Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of retention programs
Responsible for assisting with the implementation of cross sell programs aimed at existing Moneris merchants
Bachelor of Commerce/ B.B.A. coupled with 3 to 5 years marketing experience (preferably financial or B2B marketing)
Proactive, highly motivated, analytical, results-oriented professional requiring minimal supervision
Knowledge of the credit card and debit card industry an asset
Ability to effectively communicate with senior levels within the organization
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, as well as a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) are required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
This is a full-time permanent position available in our Toronto Head Office located at 3300 Bloor Street West.
