Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to cultivate our brand’s social media presence. This candidate will be working with our management, sales, and marketing teams in developing strategies to drive audience engagement. They will create high-quality content for a variety of social media platforms, and skillfully maneuver the digital and social space. In doing so, our goal is to optimize Sound Ideas’ media communications and outreach, while authentically representing our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Creating social media content that is informative and brand specific, while also being aesthetically pleasing
- Establishing and implementing social media strategies that result in growth in awareness and engagement
- Applying an effective schedule for publishing content on multiple platforms
- Researching current social media trends to implement when appropriate
- Monitoring and responding to the public’s comments and direct messages through social media
- Having an understanding of company products and policies, as to accurately advertise and answer questions
- Analyzing the performance statistics of posts to determine optimal strategies for future social media campaigns
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, as well as outside creators and influencers
Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with at 2 to 3 years of experience in:
- Managing multiple social media profiles across a variety of platforms
- Experience with creating successful social media strategies and social media content calendars
- Understanding of and experience with affiliate marketing programs
- Working with creators and influencers in the space
- End to end posting from – Researching, Post development, scheduling, and publishing and analyzing content
- Experience with creating and analyzing organic and paid promotional campaigns across social media
- Strong writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
Experience with:
- Outlook
- Canva
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Creative Suite
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) considered an asset
