About us // Tulip Marketing
Tulip is a retail technology company that has built a mobile platform exclusively for store associates. We’re a team powered by both technology retail experts who have worked with and for retailers over the past 20 years. By placing Tulip-enabled iPads into the hands of store associates, our goal is to provide them with instant and reliable access to the product information, while also being able to transact, communicate, and collaborate in an omnichannel world. We focus 100% on the store associate and enabling them throughout their shopper’s path-to-purchase.

You would be joining our team of marketers as a Product Marketing Writer, where you will be exposed to the inner workings of a fast-growing company. The marketing team’s mandate is to build a collaborative relationship with sales, help to drive new business, and bring Tulip into the next stage of growth by differentiating in a noisy space.

About you // Tulip’s Product Marketing Writer
While years of experience may help, we’re mostly concerned with your ability to learn independently, communicate abstract ideas concisely, and ask hard questions even when it’s uncomfortable. You will be responsible for taking a highly complex system and distilling it into internal and external written literature, as well as diagrams and graphics. You must have stellar oral and written communication skills, as well as patience and humility. We accept no egos. Tulip is a big believer in collaboration, asking questions, and above all--listening to one another.

You will work directly with the Head of Marketing, Lead Visual Designer, and liaise with key individuals from the Product Delivery and Development teams. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and the role is based in downtown Toronto, with the option to work from home at least some of the time.
