The marketing team is growing fast. We’re at the point in our development where marketing has become a priority, and we want you to help us build this thing. We’re building a team of hard-working, creative, data-driven marketers who are passionate about our work. We are looking for talented people who have a history of partnering with key stakeholders throughout an organization, who truly believe that marketing drives growth.
Here’s our challenge
We’re building a robust community of brands, retailers and influencers. We’ve built a healthy base - we’re looking for someone to help us attract more community members in those verticals, and to help us enrich the community they are participating in when they sign up. In order to fulfill that mandate, we’re looking for someone who’s had experience building kick-ass campaigns, both on and offline.
What you’ll be doing
- Championing our voice. We have a great platform, and we need to make sure that the voice we use within it is consistent and speaks to our target audiences and users. You’ll work with our awesome Product team on in-app copy and messaging, and to create go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Nurturing partnerships. We’re building a community that gets richer as it grows. You’ll work with our Partnerships team on marketing plans to grow and develop those partnerships with our target audiences.
- Finding new members & driving engagement. You’ll live and breathe the brand/retail/influencer life. You’ll know their likes and dislikes, their challenges and opportunities, and how what we’re building can help drive their business. You’ll work with the Acquisition team to identify who they are, and show them why Hubba is right for them.
- Thinking BIG. You will create multi-channel campaigns that ignite the industry. They will excite our existing members, attract new ones, and have a global reach. You will work with our PR team, our internal agency and our Community Managers to make them bigger than you thought possible.
