Position Overview

Product Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and communicating compelling narratives, defining and communicating our market segmentation and driving our go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management Solution portfolio of products meets Revenue, Scorecard and Market Share goals.
  • Devise and execute the Go-to-Market plan for the Quality Management portfolio working cross-functionally to identify gaps in our GTM engines.
  • Leverage exceptional writing skills to develop and promote relevant content including blogs, press releases, whitepapers, webinars, eBooks and other thought leadership pieces
  • Develop and refine materials for use by sales including persona cards, value propositions and market positioning sheets
  • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape for your assigned vertical market or product portfolio and product reports on competitive trends and threats
  • Understand the key capabilities, differentiators, benefits and use cases for target customer segments
  • Liaise closely with Product Management and Sales to identify and act on market opportunities for new products or features
  • Work with segment Partners to promote Intelex through various channels
  • Develop client case studies, testimonials and lead the advocacy marketing initiatives for your assigned market segment
  • Create and curate content, assets and tools including: white papers, articles, blogs, podcasts, sales presentations, ROI tools and other market-facing materials.

Organizational Alignment

  • Reports to the Director of Product Marketing, interim into  SVP, Marketing
  • Builds and maintains relationships with cross functional teams within the organization.

Qualifications

Skills & Work Traits

  • High-energy individual ready to grow a highly motivated and dedicated marketing team.
  • Track record of developing outbound marketing campaigns including creative message execution.
  • Ability to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through with timely execution in a fluid, cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Innovative, self-starter work ethic.

Technical Competencies

  • Experience with Marketing automation tools.

Experience

  • 3-5 years in a product marketing role in an enterprise software and/or application delivery company (preferably in an EHSQ environment).
  • Extensive experience developing and validating positioning, messaging, competition, segmentation, go to market strategy and developing pricing models for a fast-paced, high growth technology market.
  • Background in supply chain or quality management would be a preferred asset

Education

  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a technical speciality.
  • MBA in a related field an asset.
