On Premise Marketing Manager full-time
The On Premise Marketing Manager (OPMM) is a national role that will develop and lead the strategy for On Premise Marketing. In order to be successful they need to be analytical, understand the local consumer and the on premise landscape with their key figures. They must define a clear strategy that focusses on increasing brand relevance, growing consumer base and intensifying consumption in the on premise channel. Maximize the reach of major initiatives such as music festivals and 3rd party events, this role is a constant collaborator with all key stakeholders in the organization. Analyzing their impact and monitoring return on investment is a main priority, as well as gaining constant insights into the on premise channel.
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

Minimum 5-7 years of marketing and/or sales experience preferably in the on premise
Passion and In-depth knowledge of the on premise
Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
Strong planning and project management competencies
Ability to cultivate a team environment
Creative mind
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
