The Website Marketing Manager, responsible for WU Payment's web marketing strategy.  Will lead the evolution and growth of our company's 50+ global web properties. This position will work closely with Payments and FX Services sales, product and marketing leads, with the aim of growing our online presence, optimizing website performance and drive demand for WU Payment products. This position will be in our Vancouver office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of WU Payments website roadmap globally
  • Translate functional objectives into detailed specifications, wireframes, user flows and prototypes
  • In conjunction with web developer, oversee clean, maintainable and extensible code using up-to-date technologies and practices, platform and industry standards including web-authoring tools, coding standards, browser standards, and other web technologies.
  • Transform web properties to responsive and user-centric designs
  • Implement SEO strategy in collaboration with product managers and content leads. Deliver standard functions including keyword research, site audits, page load optimization etc.
  • Utilize customer insight, A/B tests, web analytics, best practice, and competitor analysis to inform decisions that drive demand generation
  • Drive adoption of content management system with marketing users
  • Work closely with stakeholders to cultivate simple and effective digital experiences from top to bottom of funnel.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven work experience in website management, digital marketing or product marketing, ideally at a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive web strategies, deliver roadmap, and effectively communicate plan of record to senior management
  • Skilled at turning business requests into detailed specifications and manage development with technical counterparts
  • Proven track record of managing multiple web properties and working with content management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute SEO strategy. Experience with SEO analytics tools such as Moz, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Passionate about conversion optimization, testing and using analytics to drive decisions. Experience with web analytics tooling such as Google Analytics or Omniture is a must. Experience with optimization apps and personalization engines is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, documentation skills and project management skills. Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies preferred.
  • Strong intuition and ability to develop user-centric designs and user flows.
  • Experience with paid advertising, marketing automation, and social media marketing an asset.
