We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual for the role of Marketing & Tour Coordinator. This marketing position requires a service-oriented individual possessing exceptional organizational and communication skills.
You will work closely with the entire marketing department to ensure Semex's international tours and corporate events are well organized and surpass the expectations of participants. In addition, you will administer our Semex promotional products and online store. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- End to end organization and execution of domestic and international customer tours, conferences and events.
- Coordination of marketing sponsored corporate events.
- Administration of the Semex promotional product online store, including product selection, vendor negotiation, inventory management and distribution.
The qualified candidate will have a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing or Event Planning, along with 2-3 years related experience. You must be a highly organized individual with impeccable accuracy and attention to detail; possess excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight timelines. As an asset, your passion and experience in the dairy or beef industry will assist you in this role. As an international organization, multi-lingual skills (i.e. English/French) are also ideal.
