The Marketing Support Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of various marketing tasks and activities across multiple business units.  This role suits a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.  The role manages a large number of tasks and requests and is a great opportunity for a goal oriented individual to grow in their marketing career.


  • Manages the development of various marketing materials
  • Assists with editing, proofreading, formatting and distributing a wide variety of communications
  • Manages inventory, fulfillment and distribution of marketing materials including promotion items
  • Assists with planning for events and tradeshows and carries out specific tasks for implementation
  • Manages sales team requests
  • Main point of contact for the organization with regards to marketing inquiries
  • Manages online content postings and coordinates print projects

Skill Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, and/or Administration
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience in a corporate environment combined with demonstrated success in marketing, communications and administration
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work independently to support the Marketing team, and adjust to ongoing change and deadlines
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow and successfully manage simultaneous projects from conception through to completion
  • Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail including the ability to proofread and edit materials
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely – both orally and written form
  • Familiar with print mediums and the printing process
  • Strong computer skills in Adobe Acobat Professional, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs as required
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industries is preferred
