MARKETING SPECIALIST or SENIOR MARKETING SPECIALIST (Software Product Management)
As a Marketing Specialist you will be expected to plan, develop & coordinate the implementation of product, placement & promotional programs in support of marketing plan & corporate goals. To ensure achievement of all volume & revenue goals, as well as customer acquisiton, retention & satisfaction goals. To analyze & develop recommendations for marketing opportunities & problems & to utilize optimization techniques for customer value enhancement & marketing continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration. MBA preferred.
Four (4) years OR Two (2) of relevant and/or related professional experience in Marketing within a corporate environment.
Experience in international Marketing, Promotions, Database Marketing, Information Analysis, or Market Research preferred.
Strong overall computer skills required.
Intermediate computer skills required in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Testing will be administered).
Strong quantitative, analytical, research, planning & time management skills required.
Strong communication skills, both oral & written, & interpersonal skills required.
Experience with shipping based software an asset.
Technology and/or software product management experience preferred with proficiency in the following areas:
-Interpreting corporate objectives and deliver them using technology to drive growth.
-Short-term and long-term product strategy and product plan development.
-Managing cross-functional teams to maintain customer facing tools and implement new features.
-Engaging customers and internal stakeholders to create product requirements.
-Developing, monitoring and maintaining product related metrics.
