Position Overview
BeneFACT is currently recruiting for a Marketing Specialist for our Mississauga head office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the strategic marketing direction of a growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Write articles and news releases for company website, blogs and partners
• Work with external vendors to maintain website
• Work with external vendors to manage SEO
• Work with external vendors to complete video editing for website
• Organize industry events
• Identify lead sources for sales team
• Writing email marketing campaigns
• Manage email distribution lists for email marketing campaigns
• Organize trade shows
• Identify partner, sponsorship and advertising opportunities
• Maintaining company’s Twitter feed
• Maintaining LinkedIn corporate profiles
• Become an active member of the SR&ED community including commenting on LinkedIn groups
• Order business cards and letterhead
• Work with sales department to design and order marketing collateral and materials

Requirements

• Post secondary education in Marketing, Communications or Business
• 3+ years of experience in marketing role in corporate environment
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Experience managing vendor relationships
• Strong understanding of internet trends, new media and online marketing
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Self starter with passion to sell new ideas and implement strategies
