We’re an international teacher recruitment company, breaking into a very traditional education space with bold and effective digital recruitment strategies. We’re looking to hire a B2B marketing all-rounder, with strong experience in email marketing and lead gen, for our rapidly growing team.

This smart marketer will be focused on growing our international and domestic presence in the education industry and generating leads, with responsibilities including:

  • raising global awareness of Teach Away and our recruitment services

  • creating highly targeted marketing campaigns, including implementing email marketing strategy

  • building and managing lead generation and lead scoring strategies that align with sales and marketing

  • writing content that speaks to our audience, and converts

  • tracking and analyzing your efforts and making great decisions based on your data

  • identifying marketing opportunities; constantly evolving your approach to meet our market’s needs and adjust to challenges and trends.

Absolutely essential job requirements:

  • An engaging and concise writer, with meticulous spelling and grammar.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.

  • Two years of experience in B2B marketing, including implementing marketing automation and email nurturing campaigns

  • Solid understanding of SEO strategy, digital marketing tools and analytics reporting

  • Excellent world/geographical knowledge and an interest in current world affairs.
