Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (FMC Law), one of Canada's leading national business law firms, requires a Coordinator, Marketing Services in our Toronto office to be part of a dynamic national marketing team.

Reporting to the National Manager, Marketing Services, the ideal candidate will be a mature marketing professional with 3 - 5 years experience within an advertising or marketing department, preferably with a strong customer service and digital background and experience working with the professional services industry.

Preference will be give to candidates who are fully bilingual (French/English) and possess a post-secondary diploma or certificate in a relevant discipline and who demonstrate the following qualities:

JOB DUTIES

  • Participate as a member of our marketing call centre team, responding directly to requests from lawyers and other firm members for marketing services
  • Update and revise lawyers' biographies, both in hard copy and on a web site content management system
  • Assist with production and distribution of e-newsletters using an email marketing system and CRM system

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with web publishing systems (Enterprise CMS Systems, Wordpress, Social Tools such as Tweetdeck etc)
  • Superior ability to quickly pick up and master systems such as a CRM, Email Marketing, CMS etc.,
  • Excellent client service philosophy, initiative and resourcefulness
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • A team-player with excellent decision making skills
  • Comfort working with a remote team to achieve deadline driven tasks
  • Confident communicator able to grasp marketing concepts and translate them into business terms to senior members of the firm
  • A demonstrated professional approach to working with people
  • Ability to multi-task, learn quickly and take initiative and ownership of projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent proofreading and writing skills
  • Superior organization and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Superior skills in basic office software programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Flexibility to work beyond typical business hours to meet client needs
