Kasian is one of the largest fully integrated architecture, planning, and interior design firms in Canada.  With a network of offices on several continents, we have global reach.  Our projects are driven by inspired thinking, which infuses our culture, our interaction with clients and the spaces we create.  Our buildings seamlessly combine function and form to work better for people.  They have a story to tell.  As a result, they have won awards for excellence in design and achieving top marks for sustainability.

We are looking for a unique leader with management experience and a passion for creating proposals beyond the ordinary.  Based in our Vancouver office, the Marketing Proposal Manager will oversee Kasian’s nationwide team of Proposal Specialists in the planning, development, and production of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and all other associated proposal deliverables.

As Marketing Proposal Manager, you will ensure our proposals reflect the best offering Kasian can make in response to RFPs.  You will work to continuously improve the proposal creation process through implementing standards and templates, the integration of graphics, and maintaining the content database.  Our current proposal process will be reviewed and upgraded with your suggestions for improvement and best practices.  This role will work closely with our Business Development Team to create and developing strong reporting tools on proposal pursuits, wins, etc.

This role needs a multi-tasker, someone organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment while mentoring, coaching and training their team.

At Kasian you’ll find highly motivated team members who put relationships first and a firm that celebrates the achievements of our people.   Individuals at Kasian don’t just matter…they are valued and celebrated.
