Cannon Design, a leading international design firm offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Marketing Coordinator in a dynamic, team-focused work environment in our Vancouver office. Please note this is anticipated to be a 14-month contract.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• co-ordinating proposal development in conjunction with Principals and Market leaders;
• researching and preparing awards submissions;
• co-ordinating press releases;
• scheduling and coordinating of photography

Minimum 4 years related experience required. Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is required. Must have strong graphics and technical capabilities including skill with: Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word).

The ideal candidate is able to multitask and coordinate work assignments with fixed deadlines, and is comfortable providing direction to the Graphic Designer. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Experience with Deltek CRM database, and experience sourcing project opportunities from various websites will be considered an asset. Previous experience in the A/E industry or other professional services industry is an asset.
