Marketing Manager-Health Care Practice

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the marketing strategy for a cosmetic healthcare practice.  We are a team of high achievers seeking a leader who is creative, organized, outgoing, self-motivated, disciplined, community-minded, charitable, and fun.  We work hard because we love making people feel better about themselves.  This is a full-time position.  No prior health care experience is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute campaigns and promotions to increase practice growth
• Doctor office visits to create and improve relations between our practice and the practices that refer us patients (business development)
• Promote our brand within our local communities
• Public Relations (media contacts and pitching)
• Social media postings to improve our online presence
• Graphic design expertise to develop deliverables
• Contest creation and execution
• Selection, negotiation, and purchase of promotional items
• Event planning for industry events and marketing opportunities
• Media buying (television, radio, print, Google, Facebook, direct mail)
• Survey design, implementation, and analysis (surveymonkey.com)

Qualifications:

• Integrity above all else
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible marketing and management
• MBA or BA in business, sales, marketing, advertising and/or communications
• Proven track record of implementing marketing strategies with measurable results
• Expertise with Word, Excel, InDesign, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
• Advanced writing, editing, and press pitching skills
• Executive-level poise, presence and confidence
• True extrovert personality
