Job Description :
Covenant House is ramping up its marketing efforts and is looking for an exceptional strategic marketer who has combined experience in traditional, direct and digital marketing areas. This position will complement our communications function and will be primarily responsible for stakeholder growth and engagement.

A significant portion of the portfolio will be focused on digital marketing. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in developing, integrating and implementing: online and social media strategies and online fundraising campaigns, including list development and management, segmentation and measurement. This individual must have strong knowledge in email best practices, privacy and spam regulations and available technologies.

In addition, the candidate will have exceptional strategic thinking and marketing skills combined with strong analytical, project management and communications skills. This results-oriented individual can provide leadership to a wide range of internal clients in a collaborative manner and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.


  • Business or marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • 7 years experience in management and development of marketing strategies with a minimum of 3 years in digital marketing
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Experience in not-for-profit sector is an asset
