Marketing Manager

What’s the role?
The primary focus of this role will be to manage the customer journey with a focus on free to paid user conversion and retention.  Reporting into the VP Product Marketing, this new role is a fantastic opportunity to help SurfEasy propel its growth by utilizing existing tools and creating new programs from scratch.

What do you need?

  • 5+ years progressive experience in digital marketing
  • Strong background in install base management, customer re-engagement and retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics programs like Google Analytics, Mixpanel and Optimizely
  • Ability to self-direct and take ownership
  • Someone who is not afraid to take risks and try new things, knows it’s ok to try and fail, but learn and improve.
  • Passionate about marketing and kicking ass!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase paying user base.
    • Improve Conversions from free / Starter plans and reduce Churn.
  • Support these goals by:
    • Working with Product team to improve on-boarding and messaging
    • Working with Social Media team to improve overall engagement
    • Working with Acquisition team to enhance acquisition programs
    • Owning  Marketing Campaigns to installed base
    • Owning freemium / rewards strategy and platform
    • Owning Push and Email notifications strategy and platforms
