Marketing Manager – Full-Time Position

Job Description:

• Develop and direct marketing, branding, and promotional plans and strategies.
• Identify effectiveness of current marketing plans and strategies with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
• Establish positioning, identify target market, and develop marketing plans for different channels and segments.
• Initiate and lead the market research studies, analyze customer insights and consumer trends, conduct market analysis, and market best practices to build successful strategies.
• Manage contents and updates for external marketing.
• Develop and monitor costs and budgets.
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Provide additional support to sales and other internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Work Experience: minimum 3 years of management experience in marketing, advertising, sales or a similar role.
• Education: minimum college diploma in business, marketing or a similar filed.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Position Details:

• Annual Wage: $87,000 to $91,000
• Hours: 40 hours per week
