Summary of Job:
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
•Manage the creation, design, development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s web/digital/online and print marketing initiatives
•Manage all aspects of design and backend development of the company’s websites, including product and corporate websites, intranet portal and any marketing web applications.
•Develop, create and deliver on marketing campaigns that contribute to lead generation and brand awareness, such as web-driven initiatives, emails, videos, online demos and other tangible materials such as brochures and trade show items.
•Manage the collection and distribution of leads to the Sales department
•Perform data collection using proper SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Adwords, etc
•Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using measurable indicators.
•Maintain brand uniformity, by utilizing and maintaining “best practices” of branding standards
•Manage all aspects of social marketing including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and others.
•Assists with the development of new marketing initiatives, to enhance or improve market penetration.
•Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
•10+ years’ online/digital marketing experience.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Solid problem solving, time management and multi-tasking skills.
•Strong desire to own, drive and lead marketing projects from inception to completion.
•Advanced experience using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop.
•Experience creating, coordinating and managing social media initiatives.
•Experience creating email marketing campaigns, SEO and various analytics.
•Completed post-secondary studies in website design, development and implementation.
•Experience with MailChimp, WordPress and/or Adobe Captivate considered an asset.
