Quarry is currently looking for a Martech Implementation Lead to join our Marketing Operations team. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the Experience Activation practice as a sub-group of the Marketing Operations Group by setting practice goals/ objectives, clearly defining roles/responsibilities of the team, and implementing functional frameworks and processes for how the practice executes on its deliverables
  • Educate Quarry teammates on Martech and how the Experience Activation team works to drive value for clients leveraging marketing automation, AI, chatbots, intent data, predictive etc. , the value it provides to clients, and how/when to best engage the practice
  • Support the Group Director, Marketing Operations with the development of sound marketing technology strategy and activation plans for clients and Quarry
  • Collaborate with craft experts across various disciplines throughout the organization to identify opportunities and validate “what’s possible” within client and Quarry marketing technology stacks
  • Design and architect solutions that marry art and science to drive measurable results, by bringing best-in-class creative campaigns to life leveraging marketing technology.
  • Accountable for the design and execution of quality assurance test plans for client and Quarry campaigns and programs activated by the Experience Activation team via marketing technology
  • Work with the Workflow & Project Management (WPM) team to develop internal budget quotes and project plans for marketing technology solutions and deliverables, and support in driving projects forward by helping to identify tasks/activities that can be completed in parallel to other work streams that are waiting on inputs/requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Group Director, Marketing Operations to develop and execute on Quarry’s marketing technology strategy
  • Lead the consultation for Quarry and clients around the strategic and tactical use of marketing technology to enable and support the activation of demand marketing campaigns and programs
  • Support Client Success in identifying and developing organic revenue opportunities related to Marketing Operations Group services and offers
  • Continuously investigate and evaluate new marketing technologies and add-on applications designed to support client marketing operations teams in executing on their demand marketing jobs, with a specific focus on marketing technologies such as Marketing Automation, ABM, Social, Content Experience, Chat, and Video
  • Review campaign/program performance dashboards developed by the Advanced Data Analytics teams to develop actionable insights on how to optimize programs
  • Support technical specialists as needed with marketing technology implementations, quality assurance testing, and reporting

What we’re seeking:

  • Experience developing and executing demand marketing programs (e.g. demand gen, ABM) of varying complexity leveraging marketing technology platforms and tools
  • Experience in the areas of marketing and sales operations, account-based strategy, demand generation, email marketing, CRM, content marketing, conversational marketing (i.e. chat), lead nurturing and sales enablement, marketing automation and other marketing technologies
  • Experience developing technical and functional requirements documentation (e.g. system architectures, implementation blueprints, campaign ecosystems, process flows etc.) to support the build and activation of demand marketing campaigns and programs through marketing technology
  • Experience analyzing campaign and channel performance reports to identify opportunities to optimize performance of demand marketing campaigns, programs and tactics
  • Experience leading a team of marketing technology experts
  • Experience working with project management teams to develop actionable program implementation plans
  • Experience creating ROI-driven marketing program strategies, combined with hands-on experience with marketing technology
  • Experience building and executing on quality assurance plans for complex marketing technology solution implementations
  • Extensive experience working in enterprise level marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot and Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Extensive experience in marketing technologies designed to engage B2B buyers across multiple channels, including video, chat, content hubs, display and social. Hands-on experience in platforms such as Drift, Vidyard, Uberflip, and Folloze. Experience with Pathfactory is considered a plus
  • Extensive experience leveraging marketing technology to activate ABM  campaigns at scale
  • Proficiency in CRM and Sales Enablement technologies such as, MS Dynamics, Outreach, SalesLoft
  • Proficiency in predictive and intent data tools (e.g. Demandbase, 6Sense, Bombora)
  • Proficiency working with multi-channel strategies that include email, website, paid search, organic search, content marketing, social media, direct mail and traditional advertising and PR
  • Understand the customer buying journey from lead to client for various market segments and identify relevant interaction points
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand strategies as well as lead and account
  • management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines
  • Strong analytical abilities with the insight to uncover new opportunities and derive meaning from data to provide business intelligence and insights
  • Diligent about measuring ROI of initiatives
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Required experience:

  • Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, integrated communications, or a closely related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B marketing technology role, or equivalent
