We have the company and the job for you. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Ontario Marketing team. You will support our growth by attracting new customers and support the company’s objective of providing outstanding service.

Your days will consist of the following:

  • Coordinating and organizing the logistics of approximately 20 home shows & 20 Info Sessions annually. This includes negotiating contract details, managing and training staff, sourcing marketing materials & tracking results.
  • Coordinating other marketing initiatives, could be; street marketing, advertising, online etc.
  • Analytical tracking of results and performance. Be able to assess and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Communicating internally marketing initiatives, promotions & results.Some administrative duties re: department & office organization
  • Tracking marketing expenses for provincial budget.
  • Work closely with customer service and sales teams.
  • Work with national and provincial marketing teams to share best practices.
  • Keeping your eyes open for opportunities & issues.
  • Ensure all brand usage meets standards.

To join the team you must have:

  • College or University degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Event planning experience
  • 1-3 years related experience
  • Access to a vehicle and a current license
