Kira Systems is hiring a marketing coordinator to join our marketing team.

As our Marketing Coordinator you will help further all marketing activities, from coordinating events and conferences, to updating and maintaining marketing collateral.

Top Daily responsibilities:

• Assist with execution of marketing programs, campaigns, & objectives.
• Assist with preparing blast emails and automated emails programs, including building out automated email programs.
• Maintain and update marketing calendar of events and campaigns.Coordinate event & seminar development, planning, promotion, execution, & follow-up strategy.
• Attend events & trade shows.
• Manage marketing collateral so information is available for sales and marketing as needed.
• Support business development (research, sales packets & presentation development).
• Assist with the creation of new collateral as needed.
• Help identify and evaluate sponsorship, advertising, & marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness.

You should have:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• 3+ years’ work experience (technology, legal, accounting, consulting, or professional services industry experience preferred)
• An effective communicator in speaking and writing
• Be capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
• Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
• Technologically-savvy and resourceful
• Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
• Team player
• Able to exercise strong attention to detail
• An effective communicator in speaking and writing
• Self-motivated with a learning attitude and a sense of urgency
• Highly organized
• Able to work nights and available to travel as needed.
