Marketing Coordinator Full-Time

This is a highly visible, client facing position which requires strong organizational skills, creative thinking, professionalism, and an ability to build trust with our top tier publishers and partners.

What you will be doing

  • Must have a strong understanding and working knowledge of the breadth of Index Exchange’s platform, as well as the diversity of publisher relationships
  • Manage and develop client-specific marketing collateral, as it pertains to clients’ Private Marketplace offering
  • Manage yearly calendar for all upcoming Canadian Programmatic events, and collaborate with Marketing Team on all materials, planning and event execution
  • Manage and direct all PR related outreach
  • Work closely with Platform Services and Marketing teams on all Canadian Premium Audience Exchange (CPAX) content, i.e. weekly presentations, event planning, sponsorship opportunities, and branding initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with Index Exchange teams (Platform Services, Marketing, and Exchange Analysts) to implement streamlined processes for PowerPoint decks and publisher marketing tools
  • Participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to develop new tools to better assist buyers and demand side platform relationships
  • Develop expertise in all things digital media by reading the daily trades
  • Drive a culture of positive change throughout the growing Casale Media organization

A successful candidate will have:

  • BA/BS Degree from an accredited university, preferably in a marketing, public relations, communications  related field
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, extremely strong attention to detail
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
  • Bilingual in English/French would be an asset
  • High level of proficiency working directly with senior clients and team members
  • Strong time management skills, more specifically the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Diligent work ethic.  Must be self-motivated and take a proactive approach to work schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Creative, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of MS Office, CRM software and internet technologies
  • Familiarity with the Canadian digital media marketplace would be an asset
