Develops marketing and communication strategies, and manages all undergraduate liaison activities of the Telfer School of Management to recruit new undergraduate students and help them adjust to the university setting.
University degree, preferably in marketing, communication or public relations
Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
In-depth knowledge of programs, high school programs, postsecondary programs and academic regulations, and an excellent understanding of the needs of the clients and community served
Project management and event planning experience
Experience in the use of computer systems and software, such as SIS, Rabaska, uoZone, Microsoft Office and the Internet
Experience in bilingual administrative writing
Public relations and interpersonal skills: experience in giving oral presentations in both official languages and the ability to design promotional materials and presentations for various audiences
Organizational skills: the ability to design, plan and coordinate public events and work on multiple events at once
Bilingualism—French and English (spoken and written)
