As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be our President’s right hand man/woman, our company’s administrative backbone, and our resident expert on all things marketing, advertising and public relations. You will be responsible for working closely with our team to uphold an effective office and to carry out a marketing strategy that represents out customer-centric philosophy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the President and company
  • Work closely with the President to develop company marketing plan
  • Implement effective advertising and promotion programs
  • Act as primary point of contact for advertising Agency of Record
  • Coordinate marketing program details, materials and tracking with company divisions
  • Oversee Public Relations initiatives
  • Produce reports and meeting agendas as required
  • Coordinate company meetings and events
  • Takes measures to ensure company confidentiality
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in business, related subject, or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience in an executive assistant role
  • 3 years experience in marketing administration
  • Knowledgeable about sales and business trends
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, organized, and results-driven
