Our client seeks to engage a Marketing Communications Coordinator to be responsible for supporting lead generation programs, partner marketing campaigns and implementing public relations and communications strategies to further the company's reputation as experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with management to coordinate a variety of lead generation and partner marketing initiatives to stimulate partner acquisition and partner growth.

Write marketing content for marketing programs such as webinar initiatives, promotional emails, website content, etc.

Coordinate events such as industry tradeshows, seminars, webinars and virtual events from concept to completion.

Analyze and report on the results of marketing campaigns such as leads generated, opens, CTRs, bounces, opportunities, wins, losses, etc.

Coordinate the development of marketing communications materials such as product fact sheets, corporate brochures, case studies, multimedia pieces, videos, FAQs, website content, press kits, press releases, blog posts, etc.

Ensure sales, partner development and channel partners are kept current on product updates, plans and campaigns through email and webinars.

Coordinate the production of channel materials, such as sales tools, presentations, co-branded marketing and channel-driven promotional campaigns.

Work with cross functional departments to ensure timely delivery of planned marketing activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations or a related field.

At least 3 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in software.

Demonstrated understanding of principles, practices and vocabulary of planning and organizing marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives within the business enterprise marketplace, including buy cycles, customer lifecycle, development of sales support materials, budgeting and public relations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills.

Proficient using Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Preference will be given to individuals who are proficient with Salesforce.com and Marketo software and have channel marketing experience.

Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Strong project management skills.

Superior writing, editing, pitching, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Must be detail-oriented and a team player as this role will interact with a variety of individuals internally and externally.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

Cross-functional team collaboration experience.

Experience and understanding of the importance of social media platforms within an integrated marketing communications plan.

COMPENSATION:
