We are currently looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team in Concord, ON.

Purpose of Position:

To support the coordination of proactive and effective Marketing Communications for Brazil and the Latin America region.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager of Regional Marketing Communication for LATAM on specific projects for the region, with particular focus on the Brazil market
  • Deal, obtain quotes and coordinate logistic distribution with multiple vendors in the region (promotional material, printers)

  • Drafts content for website updates

  • Review and format product bulletins and distribute with customers

  • Traffic artwork and other materials to printed and online trade media

  • Proofread, edit and assist with updates on marketing collateral, PowerPoint presentations and other written materials

  • Assists in the promotion of the organization’s brand identity and public image

  • Assist Sales team and customers in the region on providing logos, products images and other marketing collateral

  • Promotes the Intrusion and Access & Video brands across the region

  • Ensure consistency in corporate image and design

  • Coordinate translations into Portuguese and Spanish for marketing collateral material

  • Process invoices/finance paperwork

  • Perform other duties as required.

Job Qualifications:

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years related work experience

Specialized Skills:

  • Trilingual in English, Portuguese and Spanish is a preference. Bilingual in English/Portuguese or English/Spanish is a must.

  • Able- to work independently or in a team environment.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace role

  • Knowledge of media, PR

  • Basic knowledge of files/images management (PDF, jpeg, tiff, eps, etc.)

  • Self-motivated and  takes initiative

  • Good understanding of Social Media, interactive communication tools (as Eventbrite), research sites (as Survey Monkey), Webinars

  • Detail oriented and well organized

Equipment Used:

  • Computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Skype, etc.

Physical Demand and Working conditions:

  • Considerable attention to detail; high concentration levels
