Marketing Co-ordinator full-time

Job Description:

• Analyze marketing needs, develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns.
• Review product list and approach customers for product introduction and marketing.
• Advise wholesale and retail customers on product sales, promotions, and special offers.
• Plan, implement and assess communication strategies and programs designed to inform customers and employees.
• Develop and deliver marketing contents via electronic channels such as email and social media.
• Assist in preparation of flyers, brochures, newsletters, and other materials for print or social media.
• Provide marketing information by answering written or oral inquires from customers in person, by phone or email.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, and customer service activities with other team members, and arrange and organize meetings, trade shows, and customer appreciation events.
• Collect feedbacks from customers to identify their interests and preference and prepare and submit reports to senior management.
• Conduct domestic or international travel when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Previous work experience as marketing co-ordinator or similar role is an asset
• Demonstrable work experience in using marketing database, email, and social media
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of the industry and the products
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Language of work: English

Job Details:

• Hourly Wage: $28.90 per hour
• Hours: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
