Marketing Co-ordinator full-time

Job Description:

• Analyze marketing needs, Develop marketing strategies develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns.
• Review product list and approach customers for product introduction and marketing.
• Advise customers on product sales, promotions, and special offers.
• Plan, implement and assess communication strategies and programs designed to inform customers and employees.
• Develop and deliver marketing contents via electronic channels such as phone message, email and social media. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
• Assist in preparation of flyers, brochures, newsletters, and other materials for print or social media.
• Provide marketing information by answering written or oral inquires from customers in person, by phone or email.
• Coordinate sales, marketing, and customer service activities and promotions, as well as special publicity events and promotions
• Collect feedbacks from customers to identify their interests and preference and prepare and submit reports to senior management.
• Oversee the company app and wesite
• Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes
• Evaluate customer service and store environments

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Demonstrable work experience in using marketing database, email, and social media
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of the industry and the products
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Language of work: English

Work experience：

· 1 year to 2 year work experience as marketing co-ordinator or similar role

Computer and technology knowledge:

• Professional with Microsoft office software, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator
• Knowledge with video editing software

Job Details:

• Hourly Wage: $33.00 per hour
• Hours: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
• Work Location: Unit 33-585 Middlefield Rd, Scarborough, ON M1S 5W1
