Marketing Co-Ordinator

Full Time and Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze marketing needs and develop appropriate marketing and promotional strategies,
2. Advise wholesale and retail customers on promotions, sales and special offers,
3. Plan, implement and assess communication strategies and programs designed to inform customers and employees,
4. Review product and services list, approach customers for marketing and document preparation,
5. Assist in preparation of flyers, brochures, newsletters and other materials for print or social media,
6. Develop and deliver marketing contents via electronic channels such as website, email, and social media,
7. Answer written or oral inquires from customers,
8. Collect feedbacks from customers to identify their interests and concerns and to ensure marketing messages delivered to customers accurately.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing, advertising or related field
2. Minimum college diploma in business, marketing or related subject
3. Language: English is a must

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
2. Proficiency with social media
3. Strong organizational and planning skills
4. Strong communication skills in written and oral
5. Analytical skills and attention to details

Position Details:

1. Wage: $31.50 per hour
2. Full-time Hours: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
3. Work Location: 21 Milliken Blvd., Unit C-1, Scarborough, ON M1V 5H6
