This role involves the development of a guest survey to be used throughout our Garden Centres as a means to provide feedback about our service levels and impact on the market place. The role will be required to conduct on-site surveys with guests, then analyze data and report the summarized results. Clerical support to the Marketing Department will also be required from the Marketing Associate. Reliable transportation is essential and this role will be expected to attend all of our retail sites during our retail operating hours. This position will be required to work days, evening and weekends as scheduled.

Your Accountabilities

• Ability to provide an atmosphere for our guests to feel comfortable for providing honest and fair feedback
• Develop, implement and conduct a guest survey
• Analyzing and summarizing survey data
• General clerical and data entry to support the Marketing Department
• Responsible for the production and analyzing of marketing reports

Your Values

• Knowledge of the retail environment with experience guest service
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written and electronic)
• Proficient in Mac or PC-based environment with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with survey analysis would be an asset

• Standing up for most of the shift
• Sitting and driving for long periods of time
