Our people-focused client is looking for a full-time Marketing & Communications Assistant to join their incredible team in Victoria, BC.

The Marketing & Communications Assistant is responsible for implementing day-to-day digital media activities, and managing the organization’s social media presence. The successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting internal and external communications, designing and coordinating marketing materials, and assisting non-communications team members with document layout and design.

To thrive in this role, you:

ü Hold a Diploma or Degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Communications, Business, or Graphic Design).

ü Have experience using all social media platforms, particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

ü Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

ü Are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

ü Are proficient with video editing and have recent work or relevant internship experience (a bonus!)
