Step into the center of the action. In this role, you’ll help power ALUULA’s commercial engine and our global lineup of leading outdoor and lifestyle brands as they launch the next generation of high‑performance products built with ALUULA’s high-performance materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and brand partners throughout adoption, development, and launch phases
• Support brand partners in understanding ALUULA materials, construction techniques, and product applications
• Coordinate sampling, documentation, and launch readiness for new and existing partners
• Support the commercial team with order processing, customer setup, and account coordination
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite)
• Manage shared sales and customer service inboxes, ensuring timely and professional follow‑up
• Coordinate internally with Product Development, Operations, and Sales to support partner execution
• Track partner project progress and proactively flag issues or risks
• Support forecasting inputs, reporting, and general commercial team administration

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or a customer‑facing role
• Experience supporting B2B customers, technical products, or premium brands is an asset
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Comfortable working across CRM, ERP, and standard productivity tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as the business scales
