We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager to work within our Marketing team and alongside our Analytics team.  You will be responsible for working with all our marketing channels to assist in: defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights. Our Marketing Analytics Manager will also manage conversion optimization consultancies, with the aim of improving efficiency in marketing strategies and increasing ROI. Campaign Strategy

  • Use methodical performance analysis to influence/support marketing strategies
  • Identify campaign objectives and advise on suitable measurement strategies
  • Benchmark performance across all digital channels and advise on KPIs

Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop custom marketing dashboard concepts for channel reporting via Excel, Google Analytics, SQL/Jaspersoft
  • Analyze and interpret trends thus providing impactful, actionable insights
  • Track user behavior through conversion data, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution data

Analytical & Technical

  • Use available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign and overall performance issues and propose methodical optimization tests, both on-site and campaign-based
  • Provide consultancy on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking
  • Spot potential to implement innovative methodologies and improve analytical procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Ten years of progressive experience working within marketing/business intelligence environments
  • Expert level experience working with complex database structures within SQL and business intelligence tools such as Jaspersoft
  • Proficient with analytical software such as Google Analytics and advanced Excel user
  • Demonstrated success with data analysis techniques
  • Exposure to Google Adwords and other SEM platforms
  • Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives
  • Demonstrated success measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: SEO, paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, display, retargeting and social media
  • Demonstrated success with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing such as Optimizely
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to lead projects proactively
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
  • Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Credible and articulate, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to relay analytical insight to stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
