About the Opportunity

Reporting into the Director, Brand Experiences, the Digital & Social Marketing Manager is responsible for end to end oversight, management, optimization and measurement of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on social media, to support AMRP brand objectives, contributing to and executing the AMRP social and content strategy, and growing channel health. The role will also work closely with our AD, Coalition Marketing, to manage paid digital/social marketing campaigns for AMRP coalition partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns: social, paid, organic search, programmatic advertising, and display advertising campaigns

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence and oversee AMRP content calendar on all social channels

  • Collaborate with different teams to produce assets and execute different tactics (internal agency/studio, marketing, UX, external agencies)

  • Manage overall content strategy and AMRP content hub

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Key contact for agencies and other vendor partners; collaborate on digital strategies and campaigns

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate

  • Work closely with Coalition Engagement Team to provide required tools to sell through digital/social media as a part of the AMRP marketing tool and manage paid digital campaigns for coalition partners.

  • Collaborate with Community Management and Customer Care primes to identify conversation trends that could lead to content on the channels.

  • Work with Analytics on campaign development, execution, and results analysis.

  • Manage direct reports

  • Budget responsibilities with supporting role in revenue generation

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing or a related field with 3 - 4 years of direct work experience in digital marketing and campaign management

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Working knowledge of ad serving platforms (Facebook, DoubleClick, Adwords, Conversant)

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and mobile marketing technologies a plus

  • Digital agency experience a plus

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm to learn (business & technology)
