OsgoodePD is a revenue-generating professional education business designed to serve working legal professionals and others who have a need for current legal information in Canada and internationally. OsgoodePD offers both degree and non-degree programs.

In this role reporting to the Director, Marketing & Enrolment Management, you willoversee the development of strategic initiatives and tactical plans to effectively promote OsgoodePD's Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and LLM Graduate programs and increase OsgoodePD's brand awareness among its target audiences. While managing the efforts of Marketing Assistants, the incumbent will be responsible for the timely execution and delivery of digital and print communications, social media initiatives, and printed and digital advertising efforts.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:

Undergraduate degree in a related field such as business, marketing, journalism or communications, or undergraduate degree plus professional certificate or diploma in a related field. Certificate or diploma in marketing, digital marketing or analytics is an asset. The incumbent must have at least 5 years of digital and print promotional marketing experience within a B2B environment in addition to a minimum of 3 years managing staff and vendors. Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team including recruitment, performance mentoring, task prioritization and time-management. (An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.) Experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset.
