Shiny Ads is looking for an experienced marketing manager to handle our inbound marketing strategy and execution. Our marketing consists of online advertising, SEO, social media outreach, trade shows, industry awards and spotlights, and good old fashion PR. This position reports to the president and works alongside the VP of Sales.

Total compensation is a combination of base salary and stock options and will be based on your experience. The position is based in Toronto and requires very little travel.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a successful marketing strategy to drive leads
• Manage online advertising, SEO, PR to raise awareness for the company
• Organize trade show logistics
• Tracks, measures and analyses all marketing activities
• Produce customer case studies
• Be a valued member of the executive team with insight into how Shiny Ads can kick more ass!

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills
• Understands how to use social media to promote the company
• Be a 'doer', not just a talker
• Great sense of humour and attitude
• Demonstrates an understanding of online advertising and web publisher industries
• Be comfortable working in a startup environment
