We’re looking for a Lead Designer who knows how to work collaboratively across teams to deliver usable, inclusive, and flexible experiences, while also inspiring others to do the same. As Lead Designer, you’ll work with practitioners from across our company as well as our clients’ organizations—people who are blazing trails and setting the bar for design excellence and digital transformation.

Important requirements

• 10 years agency or in-house visual design experience

• Experience leading a team of visual designers

• Experience designing large websites

• Excellent graphic design skills
