As we continue this growth we need some incredible people to help reinvent the furniture industry.

We are looking to add a Jr Graphic Designer to our rapidly growing Creative team. The selected candidate will be working closely with Senior Creatives on the production and design deliverables of brand and digital assets. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is positive, fun and adaptable to the changing needs in a fast paced creative environment.

• Design materials for both print and online deliverables, following Article brand standards and design direction established by the Creative Team
• Prep final files according to their intended use for both online and printed materials
• Support the Creative Team through the execution of internal branded materials
• Contribute ideas and brainstorm for other tasks that arise on an ongoing basis

REQUIREMENTS

• Post-Secondary Degree in Graphic Design
• 2 years experience working within a team of creative people
• Strong understanding of Adobe CC, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic understanding of web best practices and UI design trends
• Familiarity with email marketing software such as MailChimp
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• An eye for detail and appreciation of branding consistency
• Superior organizational skills
• Excellent typographic skills
• Willingness to receive feedback and use it for improvements
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for Graphic Design, Industrial Design,
  Architecture and modern home decor.
• Familiarity with of Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Motivation to maintain and improve design standards and work environment culture
• Knowledge of Sketch is a bonus
